Rachel Wolfard’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and general liability defense.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in English, Political Science, and Spanish from the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon and her law degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, Rachel served as an associate editor for Environmental Law Review and published an article on regulatory takings in Florida Law Review. She also worked as a certified law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office and law clerk at Oregon Law Center.
