Lisa’s law practice focuses on medical malpractice and complex general liability insurance defense.

Lisa is an experienced civil litigator and worked for a large insurance company before joining the firm. She managed a high volume and diverse case load, consisting of commercial and auto liability, product liability, employment and contract disputes. Lisa has experience defending lawsuits in state and federal courts, and enjoys helping clients navigate the litigation process. She is also an approved arbitrator for Washington County Circuit Court.

Representing medical and professional clients in $10 million case involving allegations of sexual misconduct.

Representing medical entity in $58 million case involving treatment of an extremely rare medical condition.

Representing neurosurgeon in $29 million case relating to damages involving a brain injury.

Represented contractor in claims involving Employers Liability Law.  Resulted in obtaining settlement from opposing party for client.

Represented food producer in multi-million claim by food manufacturer involving allegations of contaminated food products.  Resulted in de minimis settlement.

Represented retail store in personal injury claim arising out of a fall on the premises.  Obtained favorable result for the client.
