Lauren’s law practice focuses on defending long-term care facilities, including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in Oregon.

Prior to joining Hart Wagner, Lauren worked at the Oregon School Boards Association as a law clerk defending Oregon’s public schools, community colleges, and charter schools. Additionally, Lauren worked as a law clerk for the Municipality of Anchorage where she assisted in defending the city in employment law, personal injury, and construction defect matters.

Lauren graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2019 where she served as the executive operations editor for the Oregon Review of International Law. During this time, Lauren was a research assistant with Ocean Conservancy and assisted the Director of the International Arctic Division in Arctic maritime and transit legal research. Further, Lauren gained litigation experience as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta of the U.S. District Court of Oregon.
