Josh Sherman is a civil litigation attorney, who defends medical professionals, cities, government agencies, schools, and employers across Oregon. His practice areas include medical malpractice, class action lawsuits, employment law, general torts, municipal law, premises liability, and sexual abuse.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from University of Oregon and his law degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, Josh served on the editorial board of Lewis & Clark’s Environmental Law Review. He received the Law Review Excellence Award for his outstanding work. Josh also worked as a certified law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
