William Stewart

Will Stewart’s practice includes the defense of medical professionals, businesses, insurers, drivers, and service providers in tort, products liability, contract, and general liability cases. He is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, and Oregon’s federal courts.

Before joining Hart Wagner in 2018, Will worked for a small plaintiff’s firm, where his cases related to catastrophic vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general liability. He also had his own firm, worked at a boutique litigation and environmental firm in Portland, and worked at a large national firm in Charlotte, NC.

Will earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2009. While attending law school he was elected to his law journal by his peers, and worked as a summer associate for a large national law firm in Washington, DC. Will earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Oregon in 2004, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude.

Will spends his free time with his dog, Wallace, and is active in his faith community and volunteers with homeless and at-risk populations.
