Ruth Rocker

Ruth Rocker’s practice primarily focuses on appellate law.  She writes briefs and argues before the Oregon Court of Appeals as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for both appellees and appellants.  She also assists on more complex trial matters with research and writing dispositive motions.
