Mitchell Howell

Mitchell Howell’s practice includes commercial litigation, complex product liability, personal injury, and appellate law. He is admitted to practice in both Oregon and Washington. Mitchell also occasionally serves as a mediator, resolving various civil disputes.

Representative Cases:

Achieved favorable resolution in 1.3 million dollar claim alleging intentional interference with economic relations.

Secured dismissal with prejudice of personal injury claim against institutional entity alleging negligent maintenance and premises liability.

Obtained positive outcomes for many insured drivers in cases involving motor vehicle collisions.

About Mitchell:  

Prior to joining Hart Wagner in 2018, Mitchell clerked for the Honorable Judge David F. Rees at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. While at the court, Mitchell facilitated over numerous jury trials and handled hundreds of other civil and criminal matters.

Mitchell earned his law degree and a Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law in 2015. While attending law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Willamette Law Review, receiving an Exceptional Service Award for his contributions. He also won multiple moot court appellate law competitions and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Mitchell enjoys playing board games, hiking, exploring local restaurants, and spending his time with his fiancé Lacey.
