Lindsay Howk Duncan

Lindsay Duncan’s practice focuses on the defense of legal, medical, and financial professionals, as well as appellate law and general liability. She is admitted to practice in Oregon.

Before joining Hart Wagner, Lindsay worked in a prominent family law firm, where she learned how to navigate challenging issues while being a strong advocate for her clients. During that time, she managed a high-volume case load and gained invaluable courtroom experience.

Lindsay earned her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2011. During law school, she served as Executive Editor for the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution, and was a research assistant for Professor W. Warren H. Binford, assisting in complex civil litigation and editing law review publications.

Lindsay spends her free time with her husband and their young daughter.
