Lindsay Howk Duncan

Lindsay Duncan maintains a diverse trial practice focusing on the defense of professional claims against lawyers, banks, broker dealers, physicians, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. Lindsay also represents her clients’ business, professional, and personal interests before various appellate courts and professional licensing boards. Given her background in family law, she also handles a wide variety of family law appeals. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.

Secured reversal of administrative order on interlocutory appeal against the FDIC.
