Jennifer Truzzolino’s law practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense litigation and representing physicians and nurses before their respective Boards. Jennifer is admitted in Oregon’s state and federal courts and has represented clients throughout the state.
After graduating with honors from Santa Clara University in 2003, Jennifer worked as a paralegal before attending law school. While at the University of Oregon School of Law, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Lyle C. Velure of Lane County; she also served as an intake interviewer for Legal Aid Society of Oregon and a mediator for the University of Oregon Mediation Clinic which was associated with the University of Oregon. In 2007, following a clerkship at Hart Wagner, Jennifer was hired as an associate attorney and became a partner in 2014. While at Hart Wagner, Jennifer has represented physicians, nurses, clinics and hospitals in complex litigation.
For the last two years, Jennifer has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the area of Medical Malpractice Defense. She previously sat on the Membership Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association as well as the Court Liaison Committee. Jennifer is a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and the Oregon State Bar.
