Holly Pettit’s practice focuses on the defense of various types of tort actions, including claims against employers, construction claims, claims against insurers and their insureds, product liability, and premises liability claims. Ms. Pettit has particular expertise in insurance coverage disputes. She also has appellate experience in both state and federal courts.
