Clark Horner

Clark “Chip” Horner is experienced in all aspects of health law.  Since joining the firm nearly 15 years ago, he has defended medical negligence lawsuits of all kinds, including many high exposure birth trauma claims, ophthalmology, autism, failure to diagnose cancer, wrongful death and surgical matters.

Chip’s clients range from large integrated health systems to solo practitioners, nurses, midwives, and many different allied health professionals.  Chip also represents clients before licensing boards in Oregon and Washington and advices his clients on related health law matters.  Beyond this, he has experience in general liability lawsuits, including Employer Liability Law, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Chip practices in both Washington and Oregon state and federal courts.  He is also a qualified solicitor licensed to practice in England and Wales.  Outside of work, Chip enjoys coaching his son’s ice hockey team, playing hockey himself, as well as camping, hiking, climbing and traveling with his family.
