Andrew’s practice focuses on employment litigation and medical malpractice defense. Andrew also works on appellate law issues, as well as legal malpractice and other professional liability matters.
Before joining Hart Wagner in 2018, Andrew worked as a criminal defense attorney specializing in white collar matters. He represented individuals and entities in both federal and state courts on matters ranging from simple theft to complex bank fraud and conspiracy. During that time, he developed his skills as a highly effective advocate for his clients.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California at Santa Barbara and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, he served as associate editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review, and earned an outstanding client advocacy award for his work with the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Andrew was a principal broker for Bridgetown Realty.
Andrew is a member of the Oregon Bar Association, Multnomah County Bar Association, and has shown leadership in the Bar through his service on the Executive Committee of the Oregon New Lawyers Division.
